大阪市にて機能性構音障害、難聴児の言語発達、構音支援を中心にことばの支援を行っています。
仕事や施設、病院の都合で中々通うことができない方へ向けたサービスで、それぞれのライフスタイルや希望に合わせた支援を行っております。

サービス案内

機能性構音障害、難聴児を中心に
日常生活の中で発音が使えるようになることを目的とした自費の訪問支援です。

① ご自宅への訪問支援
慣れた環境で、お子さまの様子に合わせて支援を行います。
② 発音だけでなく、生活全体を整える
構音支援に加え、ご家庭での声かけや関わり方も一緒に整理します。
③ 医療・学校と連携できる
必要に応じて、医療機関・学校・園への情報共有を行います。

機能性構音障害とは

器質的な異常（口唇口蓋裂、麻痺など）がないにもかかわらず、
音の誤り（置換・歪み・省略など）が生じる構音障害です。
小児に多く、/サ行・タ行・ラ行/ などが典型例です。
「うさぎ」が「うたぎ」になったり、「ねこ」が「ねと」になったりします。

言語聴覚士の紹介

難聴児通園施設にて難聴児の言語発達・構音支援、病院の言語外来にて機能性構音障害や音声障害の支援に１０年以上携わっておりました。

継続的に支援を受けられる場所が少なく、期間の制限があったり回数が少なかったりすることが多く、親御さんやご本人の不安感がぬぐえないことが多くありました。

また現在は多様なライフスタイルがあり、病院や施設が開いていない時間にも支援を行えることが必要と感じています。

行き場のない悩みを少しでも減らせるよう、利用していただけると幸いです。

大阪市内通常訪問（60分）
7000円／回
市外の場合は片道5km超：500〜1,000円の追加料金がかかることがあります。ご相談ください。

ご家庭への訪問が難しい場合、レンタルスペース等を借りて支援を行うことも可能です。こちらも場所等ご相談ください。

A. 個人差があります。それぞれに合わせて回数や頻度を相談させていただきます。

Q. 病院や療育と併用できますか？
A. 可能です。併用されている方も多くいらっしゃいます。

Q. なぜ自費なのですか？
A. 制度に縛られず、ご家庭の状況に合わせた柔軟な支援を行うためです。

Q. 保護者は同席しますか？
A. 基本的に同席をお願いしています。

Q. 無理に練習させることはありませんか？
A. ありません。お子さまのペースを大切にします。
